THE (INTERNATIONAL) NOISE CONSPIRACY Working On New Album With RICK RUBIN

Swedish political rockers THE (INTERNATIONAL) NOISE CONSPIRACY will start work on their new album next week in California with producer-mogul Rick Rubin.

The band, fronted by ex-REFUSED singer Dennis Lyxzen, will enter the famous mansion in Laurel Canyon, California where Rubin has worked on some of his best material. The reportedly haunted house has been the recording place of albums by RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, SLIPKNOT and THE MARS VOLTA. As-yet-untitled, this will be the second album for INC with Rick Rubin at the helm. Their previous collaboration, "Armed Love", was released in July 2004 via Burning Heart in Europe and American Recordings (Rubin's own label) in the U.S.

THE (INTERNATIONAL) NOISE CONSPIRACY was formed in 1998 and from the begining their love for soul and rock, as well as their political aproach to lyrics have made them a unique group, with Los Angeles Times describing them as rock's "most politically radical" band.

Rick Rubin has worked on some of the most exciting albums of the past 25 years, including three out of the five records nominated for "Best Album" in this year's Grammy Awards (DIXIE CHICKS, RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS and JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE). The list of artists he's worked with includes JOHNNY CASH, TOM PETTY, AC/DC, SLAYER, BEASTIE BOYS, JAY Z, and he's currently working on new albums by U2, METALLICA and LINKIN PARK.
